Sup guyssss
I'm so glad that we've reached the point in our relationship where you don't have to say anything and I know exactly what you need.
And it's shoyu ramen.
Jenny Shoyu Ramen
Makes 2 Servings
Prep Time: 20 mins
Cook Time: 10-20 mins (Depending on fix ins)
Total Time: 30-40 mins
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 knob ginger (like a 1 in piece, minced)
2 cups veggie broth – 4 cups of veggie broth (You can sub up to 2 cups of pasta water for veggie broth)
4 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
Black pepper (to taste)
Optional but Recommended Fix Ins:
Your fav noods (I went with white rice noods)
leafy greens (gotta love some good bok choy)
mushrooooms
chili oil
corn!!
Directions:
In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
Add the rest of the soup ingredients (veggie broth, pasta water if using, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes.
Check flavor and adjust as needed.
Serve with your fav noods and enjoy!
Hi friends.
This recipe was lovingly adopted from JustOneCookbook's Spicy Shoyu Ramen recipe! She has some awesome stuff, would highly recommend you check her out!
I like this recipe because I don't have to spend any time explaining the ingredients. So simple and clean! (as the way that you're making me feel tonight...)
Alrighty. Until next time.
